Cooking lesson: I've learned that in order to chop chilies, you MUST wear rubber gloves. After multiple hand washings last night and a dollop of lotion, I went to bed with my hands on FIRE! This morning, I tried to put my contacts in and in no time, my eyes were on FIRE! After a lot of screaming and crying and more handwashing with dish soap and then more agonizing, Eric graciously put my contacts in for me. (luckily I have extras handy - thanks mom and dad and Dapore Vision Care!)

Fix-It and DON'T Forget-It!

Oh, it is sooo bad when you cut jalepenos. I forget about it, and then the next morning, my eyes water and water. Ouch.
Yesterday, I made some yummy, spicy pork. I don't generally like pork, but it had a great kick. Brady was whining about it... He believes that if the meal requires milk, it's overtheedge spicy. Personally, I like the "all cleaned out" spicy kick.
